the manager, paul, created a cute atmosphere for all guests, and his team provided a very attentive service throughout my stay. the location proved convenient with easy access to nearby attractions, and i found very reasonable prices, offering good value. rooms also felt cosy.
i found that the parking fee, an unexpected additional charge, increased the overall cost, and it was a bit inconvenient.

The staff offered a very friendly, helpful service. They were attentive and quick to address any requests. the team maintained a positive, cute environment, and they created a very great experience for all guests. They showed dedication.

my room provided a very comfortable bed with clean linen plus towels, so my stay became restful. the family room sea view also included adequate space for relaxation, and there was a great view!!! the room met my needs well.

the staff greeted me warmly at check-in, just as i'd hoped and parking on site for a reasonable price of £10 for the week was so convenient. the bed was quite comfortable and the room offered a peaceful rest. i appreciated the availability of tea and coffee in the room too.
i noticed a slight musty smell upon entering the room.

while i didn't dine in a restaurant at this hotel, a bar available upon request offered a convenient spot to grab a drink and relax in the evening. cans were available at the bar.

the standard twin room had clean white bedding on both beds and the shower and toilet room was also very clean. towels were provided as well as tea and coffee. the room was very basic though it served well for a short stay.

the location of the hotel was convenient as i was right on the sea front near many amenities. i did not have to drive because of this.

the staff were very friendly and helpful giving assistance and a warm greeting upon arrival. paul and kim were fabulous, they were very attentive and could not do enough for me . they created a cute atmosphere.

The room really didn't match the photos. I booked a triple room, but it was so small. it was also not clean. and i couldn't even get extra pillows. the bathroom was terrible. it was tiny and dirty, and the toilet roll was not replaced. like. how gross is that

the staff were friendly. the location had a great view. i had a comfortable stay and a great night's sleep.
the tv did not work, and it was not looked at after reporting. the coffee supplied was very bitter, and we were not restocked with milk.

the location is super convenient, right by all the cool spots! plus, i snagged a parking spot right outside-so easy! the staff was really friendly and helpful, too.
I did notice the decor could use a little updating. New carpets would really brighten things up.

the room was clean and the bedding was also clean. the staff was helpful and friendly . i would have liked a couple of spare blankets. the quilts were thin so it got chilly at night.
